Real Estate Class Philosophy
Dr. Belloit's real estate classes are designed to
give the student the opportunity to acquire the necessary skills to
compete successfully in the real estate business community. Classes in
real estate are a combination of class lecture and "real world"
projects designed to give the student training in skills required to
